Buffet dinners at an off-premise location of your choosing
are available using our standard buffet menu. Our buffet menu list the usual
selections requested by the customer, however you are not limited to the items
shown there. We will provide you will almost any selection of food that you
desire from a simple cold buffet to a very elaborate hot and cold buffet.
We offer buffet catering at these levels of service:
Level One - Drop Off Buffet
The buffet will be transported to your location at the approximate
time of serving in disposable serving pans, which are contained inside insulated
food transport containers. Plastic dinnerware, plastic coated plates and paper
napkins will be provided. Serving Utensils are not provided. A staff member
will deliver the food; remove it from the insulated containers and return to
the restaurant with the insulted containers. We suggest you have oven space
to keep the food warm if serving time is to be delayed.
Price: $9.50 per person plus Delivery charge to be determined.
Level Two - Served Buffet
The buffet will be transported to your location. Our staff will
set up the buffet line with chafers and serving utensils. Plastic dinnerware,
plastic-coated plates and paper napkins will be provided. The buffet table will
be covered with tablecloths and skirted. Our staff will clear the dinnerware
and plates immediately after the meal. They will also clear the buffet area
in the kitchen.
Price: $13.95 per person plus Delivery charge to be determined.
Level Three - Served Buffet Restaurant China and Dinnerware
The buffet will be transported to your location. Our Staff will
set up the buffet line with chafers and serving utensils. China dinnerware,
stainless steel flatware and paper napkins will be provided for the dinner.
Cloth napkins are available for an additional charge. The buffet will be covered
with tablecloths and skirted. Our staff will clear the dinnerware immediately
after the meal, clear the buffet area and clear the kitchen.
Price: $14.95 per person plus Delivery Charge to be determined.
Delivery Charge is determined by location of catering site and
mileage.
Pa. Sales tax of 6% is added to all three levels. A 16% gratuity is added to
levels two and three.
A reservations fee of $100.00 is required to confirm booking. This amount will
be deducted from the total bill. If the booking is canceled or changed after
being booked, the reservation fee of $100.00 will be forfeited to WATERFALL
RESTAURANT.
The entire bill for the buffet dinner must be paid at least five days prior
to the date of the dinner. The price quoted is for cash or check payment only.
Payment with credit cards will not be accepted at these prices.
