The luncheon menu is deigned for business people who must fit their luncheon into a normal one-hour lunch break. Other luncheon entrees are available if a more leisurely luncheon is planned. Luncheons for less than twenty- five persons may be ordered from the regular menu but a preorder is preferred where time is tight. For a luncheon of thirty - five people or more, we recommend three entrees selected from below. The numbered of each entree selected must be specified and guaranteed prior to the luncheon. The total beverage requirement and dressings selected for the salads should be given when the order is placed. All sandwiches are served with home-fries and coleslaw. Hot plates are served with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Fettuccini entrees are served with coleslaw.

Luncheon is served with china dinnerware, stainless steel flatware, glassware and cloth napkins.

A Luncheon buffet is available at the same price for groups of thirty-five or more persons. The buffet will include two entrees, pasta, potato, vegetable, two salads and non-alcoholic beverage. The buffet menu is available for groups of 35-50 persons at $ 9.50 per person.

All decorations must be approved by the WATERFALL prior to being displayed.
