Rehearsal Dinners are a specialty at the WATERFALL. To meet the
varying and often hectic schedules associated with the night before a wedding, we offer
four types of dinner presentations from which you may choose.
ORDER FROM THE DINING ROOM MENU - All guests will be able to order their
dinner from the dining room menu. You may choose to be served in a private room or in the
main dining room. Bar service will be available from servers. You may place limitations on
the entree orders by price or selection if you desire. All prices will be normal menu
prices. Tip and Pa. Sales Tax will be added to the prices shown on this menu. The maximum
number for this dinner presentation is 25 persons.
ORDER FROM A LIMITED MENU - All guests will order their dinner from a
three-entree menu that you have selected. All guests will have the same side dishes have
been pre-selected by you. If you wish to have a dessert, it may be served from a
pre-selected dessert menu or from the regular restaurant dessert menu. Bar service is
available from servers. Almost any menu may be selected for the dinner but entrees with
long preparation times are not recommended. Tip and Pa. Sales Tax will be added to the
prices quoted for this dinner presentation.
PRE-ORDER FROM THE BANQUET MENU - This option provides the fastest service
for a sit- down dinner because all the details are settled before your party arrives. Each
guest pre-selects their dinner entree from a choice of three selection which you have
chosen from the banquet menu. All appetizers, salads, potatoes, vegetables and desserts
are the same for all guests. Bar service is available from servers. Tip and Pa. Sales Tax
will be added to the prices shown on the Banquet Menu.
BUFFET DINNER - A buffet dinner is available for a rehearsal dinner of 35
persons or more. The buffet includes three entrees, vegetable, potato, pasta, three
salads, rolls and coffee.. Dessert is available
for an additional charge. Gratuity and Pa. Sales Tax will be added to the prices quoted
for a buffet dinner or dessert.
A reservation fee of $50.00 and a signed Banquet Contract are required to confirm your
date. This amount will be deducted from your bill for the dinner. If the rehearsal dinner
is cancelled after being booked, the reservation fee of $50.00 will be forfeited to the
Waterfall Restaurant.
Because of the seasonal fluctuations in the price of food and the constant threat of
changes in wage and tax legislation, prices are subject to change. Firm prices will be
established 30 days prior to the dinner.
All prices quoted for Rehearsal Dinners are for cash or check payment. Payment with credit
