The WATERFALL RESTAURANT can provide the bride
and groom with a complete wedding reception for up to 300 guests at the restaurant
and for any number at an off-premise setting. Our reception package includes
either a buffet dinner or a sit-down dinner, bar service to your specifications
and all set-up and clean-up. We can also provide, for an additional charge,
other services that you may wish such as a wedding cake, presenting cookies
supplied by you, or providing appetizers and hors d'oeuvres.
RECEPTION HOURS & MINIMUM BILLINGS Wedding receptions
are normally booked for four hours. Saturday receptions may be scheduled between
11:00 AM and 5:00 PM or between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Minimum billing for Friday
and Saturday receptions is 125 persons. If you wish to schedule a Saturday reception
for any portion of the time between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM, the minimum billing
is 200 persons and there is an additional charge of $3.50 per person. A Hall
Rental of $100.00 is charged for any reception regardless of the number of guests.
If a reception longer than four hours is desired, an hourly charge of $100.00
will be added to the bill for each hour or part thereof exceeding four hours.
There will also be an additional charge for the bar and beverage package for
receptions that are longer than four hours. Special pricing is available for
Friday night receptions.
RESERVATION FEE A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation
fee of $500.00 must be paid when booking a wedding reception, $1000.00 non-refundable,
non-transferable reservation fee on single-booking wedding reception. The amount
of the reservation fee will be deducted from the total bill which is presented
at the end of the reception. If the reception is canceled more than two weeks
prior to the planned date of the reception, the reservation fee will be forfeited
to the WATERFALL. If the reception is canceled less than two weeks prior to
the planned date of the reception, the reservation fee will be forfeited plus
the guarantor must pay to the Waterfall an amount equal to one-half of the dinner
bill for the planned number of guests.
BUFFET DINNER The Wedding Reception Buffet Dinner may
be selected from our Wedding Buffet Menu. Additional menu items or substitutions
are available but may require an addition charge. The buffet includes three
entree selections, salads, vegetable, pasta, potato, and dinner rolls. A beverage
package for the entire four hour reception is arranged separately. The price
of the buffet varies with the number of guests as shown in the Reception Pricing
section. Entrees in the Optional Entrees listing are available for the additional
charge shown beside the entree selected. The buffet dinner price includes white
cotton tablecloths, cloth napkins in the color of your choice, china dinnerware,
glassware, stainless steel flatware and white skirting for all side tables.
Sales Tax of 6% (where applicable) and a 18% gratuity will be added to the total
bill.
BEVERAGE SERVICE Beverage service for a reception can
be either with alcoholic beverages or without alcoholic beverages. The beverage
menu is included in the reception information package.
LIQUOR LIABILITY The WATERFALL carries Liquor Liability
insurance as part of our general insurance package. In order to maintain our
Liquor Liability Policy we must strictly follow the laws of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania with respect to the service of alcoholic beverages. No one under
21 years of age will be permitted to drink alcoholic beverages. Anyone of questionable
age must provide proper identification (proof of age) to be able to consume
alcoholic beverages. Anyone obtaining alcoholic beverages for a person under
21 years of age will be asked to leave the reception. The WATERFALL reserves
the right to refuse service to any guest who we believe should not be served
alcoholic beverages.

Special discounts are available for receptions held on Friday night. A
Gratuity of 18% and PA. Sales Tax will be added (where applicable) to the dinner bill and
the bar bill. Receptions that are scheduled for any portion of the time between
5:00 PM
and 7:00 PM will be $3.50 per person higher for the buffet than the price shown above.
DECORATIONS All decorations must be approved by the WATERFALL prior
to being used. If decorations are used which are not approved by the WATERFALL, a
cleaning/repair fee will be charged. Minimum fee is $.25 per person.
RECEPTION PAYMENT Prices shown in these presentations are subject
to change. Firm prices will be established 30 days prior to the reception. The final
number of guests expected must be established at least one week prior to the reception.
The bill for all food items and the bar will be based on the number of guests quoted to
the WATERFALL one week prior to the reception unless the actual number of guests is larger
than the number quoted. In this case, the larger guest number will be used to calculate
the bill. The bill for the reception may be split if desired. A split billing will require
a separate contract for each portion of the bill unless the person signing the contract
assumes responsibility for the entire bill. Payment must be made in full at the close of
the reception. Payment must be made by check or cash. Credit Cards will not be accepted at the prices quoted
in this contract.
